At Mas des Figues, breakfast is much more than just a meal: it's a true Provençal brunch—convivial, generous, and indulgent. It's the first moment of the day, the one that sets the tone. And that tone, for us, is one of gentleness, abundance, and authenticity.

Directly from our organic garden to your plate. There is no shorter, more natural, or more virtuous supply chain. The quality of vegetables from the garden is our luxury.

 

🌱 The Vegetable Garden Brunch — every morning from 8:30 am to 11:00 am

· 🍅 Fresh vegetables from the organic garden, picked in the morning

· 🥖 Home-baked bread and croissants — the dough starts at 6:30 am

· 🍯 8 homemade jams made with fruit from the garden

· 🥗 Grand Mediterranean buffet: hummus, tzatziki, eggplant caviar, tapenade, mozzarella, tabbouleh, broad beans, courgette puree...

· 🍳 Provençal gratins, seasonal tarts

🎂 Louise's Fondant — my grandmother's recipe (born in 1903), gluten-free, butter-free, refined sugar-free

Brunch is included in all stays. Available to outside visitors upon reservation: €30 per person. Adapted upon request: vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free.

 

🍽️ The Farm-Inn — Mas Menu

By reservation, Philippe opens his table for a unique menu inspired by the day's produce and family recipes. Enjoy rustic cuisine, organic wines from the Alpilles region, and an atmosphere where you feel right at home.

Starters: Large Mediterranean buffet ""mezze – kemia – tapas – antipasti"" or assortment of Provençal tarts

Main course: Bull stew cooked for 6 hours, Camargue wild rice — or veal sauté Provençal style

Cheeses from the Alpilles and the mountains

Desserts: Gluten-free crumble • Chestnut-chocolate fondant (Louise's recipe)

👨‍🍳 Provençal Cooking Class

Philippe invites you to discover his kitchen. Come and learn the secrets of traditional Provençal cooking in the unique setting of Mas des Figues. Classes are offered in French or English, from 2 pm to 6 pm, followed by a tasting with regional wines.
