The Agricultural Estate — Olive Grove, Vineyard & Biodiversity
Organic Olive Grove & Artisanal Vineyard in Provence | Mas des Figues Agricultural Estate
Explore the organic agricultural estate of Mas des Figues: certified olive grove of 1,500 olive trees, extra virgin olive oil, micro-vintage garage wine and total commitment to biodiversity.
History is written in the earth.
At Mas des Figues, the land is much more than soil: it's a living memory, a promise for tomorrow. Since 1999, Philippe has passionately cultivated 10 hectares of certified organic vineyards (FR-BIO-10), overlooked by the Alpilles mountain range. The best things take time—the vines, like the olive trees, like life at the Mas, are not in a hurry.
🫒 Our Olive Grove — 1,500 organic olive trees
Five emblematic varieties of the Alpilles, each bringing its own personality to our oil: Grossane (round and sweet), Verdale (fresh and fruity), Aglandau (powerful and peppery), Salonenque (delicate and aromatic), Picholine (fine, with notes of green almond).
The olives are hand-picked or harvested with a vibrating comb in November and taken to the mill within hours. Our oil is cold-extracted—below 27°C—which guarantees the complete preservation of its aromas and nutritional benefits.

🍇 The Organic Vineyard — Micro-Cru ""Garage Wine""
Far from industrial agriculture, we have chosen the philosophy of "Garage Wine": wines produced in confidential quantities on tiny surfaces, where each vine is cared for like a work of art.
On this protected land, we planted Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah (structure and elegance), Mourvèdre & Grenache Noir (power and sunshine), and Counoise (this rare grape variety that brings a touch of spice and history). It will take several years of patience before the first harvest. That is our ambition.
🌹 The Garden of Alcinoos — 4,000 rose bushes & sculptures
Named in homage to Alcinous, the legendary king encountered by Ulysses in his Odyssey, the garden is an invitation to discovery and meditation. Each step reveals sculptures of trees, four-faced totems, giant spheres that dance in the wind.

" Cultivating organic land means trusting nature. It always gives back a hundredfold what is given to it with respect. Here, we are not the owners of this land—we are its guardians." — Philippe
